This umbrella boasts a solid resin hub, stainless hardware, and it uses a manual lift system. The ribs extending from the hub are made with a thicker coat of aluminum so that the smaller pieces will not be too fragile to use for an extended period of time, There is also a "quick release" rib that has two spring loaded buttons to make the rib attach to the hub.
