The Signet™ 390 features 635 sq. in. total cooking space including a porcelain coated warming rack, reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, 3 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, and stainless steel drop-down side shelves and enclosed cabinet base.

	Heavy-duty Cast Iron Cooking Grids The Broil King® heavy-duty cast-iron cooking grids offer amazing heat retention and give perfect sear marks. They are also reversible: one side is pointed to give you perfect grill marks, while the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting while cooking.
	Rotisserie Burner The rear rotisserie burner is made from durable stainless steel and its 15,000 BTUs are perfect for slow-roasting chickens, turkeys, and roasts. The rear burner fits the full width of the cook box, allowing you to barbecue up to three chickens at a time. In addition, the indirect heat that is created helps to avoid flare-ups.
